1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SocialMeshHub, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use SocialMeshHub for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on SocialMeshHub
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts and Guest Use

You may use SocialMeshHub by creating an account (email/password or sign-in with Google) or, where offered, by joining a room as a guest. Guest access is temporary and session-based; if you leave the room or close the browser, you may not be able to re-join with the same guest identity. Creating an account allows you to save your profile, join multiple rooms, and use features such as friends and real-time presence.

When you create an account, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.

4. User Content and Rooms

Our service allows you to create and manage a profile (name, bio, profession, interests, SNS links, profile picture), create or join rooms, and interact with other members. Room creators may set required fields (e.g. nickname, SNS links) and privacy (public or password-protected). You are responsible for the content and data you provide and for complying with room rules and required fields.

You retain any and all of your rights to content you submit or display on or through SocialMeshHub. By providing SNS links or other information, you represent that you have the right to share them and that they do not violate these Terms or applicable law.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Disclaimer

The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SocialMeshHub excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SocialMeshHub, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SocialMeshHub operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms
